Kid's Camp
June 29th to August 7th
Monday through Friday

Daily Schedule

10:55 am - Drop Off/Order lunch
11:00 am - Warm Up & Stretching
11:15 am - Stroke of the Day Drills
11:45 am - Games & Team Competitions
12:30 pm - 1 Hour lunch (not included)
1:30 pm - Off Court Activity (ping pong, frisbee,soccer,mini tennis tournaments and other fun activities).
2:00 pm - Tip of the Day; 15 minutes to talk about a special aspect of the game with juniors and how to put it to work on the matches to follow.
2:15 - pm Supervised singles and doubles Match Play with on court coaching for all juniors.
3:30 - pm Parent Pick-Up.

Kid Camp age range 9 to 16 years old. Advanced sign up discount available. Packages include all tennis instruction, supervised match play and supervised off court activity. Weekly Package Price $200.00. Daily Drop-In Rate $50 Full Day, $30 Half Day

Tennis Rules

Tennis Whites

Tennis Whites are to be worn at all times by both adults and children. Smooth soled tennis sneakers are required.

Tournaments

Sons and daughters of members, upon reaching their seventeenth birthday, are eligible and welcome to compete in Club tournaments. No one may enter a tournament after the posted deadline. The Tournament Committee will enforce deadlines for play by defaulting the member unable to comply.

Maintenance

Courts should be open at 9:00am daily. If the nets are lowered, the courts have been deemed unplayable by the Committee, the Club Manager, or the Tennis Professional, and members must comply until the decision has been reversed. Depending on the conditions, watering may need to be done during the day with a minimum convenience to the members.
Courts will be closed Monday evenings (except holidays) because the maintenance crew will be doing calcium treatments to the courts. They will start after six pm and all the courts will be treated. The rest of the week the courts will be swept before the nightly watering.

Guests

Each member is responsible for signing in guests, both junior and senior. Should the pro shop be closed, please call the Club Office or sign in at the gate. Members of the Committee and the Tennis Professional will sign up any guests whom the members have not. Please remind your guests that use of cellular phones is not permitted.

Tennis Lessons & Equipment

The Tennis Professional and his assistants will be on hand for lessons and play. A full line of tennis equipment, including expert restringing will be available at the Tennis Pavilion.
Please call the Tennis Shop to sign up for clinics or lessons so they can staff accordingly.
